With over 15 years experience serving early-stage startups primarily in the FinTech and HR Tech spaces, Dillon has devoted his career to the post-sales customer experience and the dividends it can pay back to a company. This passion led Dillon to become a 4x Founding Member of Customer Success organizations and a 3x People Leader of the same.
With an eye on the customer journey and the exponential value a smooth and satisfactory one can provide, Dillon has built his career on post-sales motions that retain customers, generate additional revenue, and amplify the customer voice. Dillon is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
In his free time, Dillon enjoys devouring movies and TV shows, running the Customer Success-focused media brand Lifetime Value, and spends time with his wife and young son.
